Dinner Package – $32.00 per person

  • Assorted Cheese Platter and a Fresh Vegetable Crudite with Vegetable Dip
  • Mixed Green House Salad
  • Choice of 3 Entrees (1 chicken, 1 seafood and 1 beef), served with Wild Rice Medley and Vegetables
    • Chicken Florentine: sauteed chicken cutlets with creamed spinach and artichokes
    • Chicken Marsala: tender chicken breast filets with mushrooms in a marsala sauce
    • Grilled Santa Fe Chicken: seasoned chicken breasts topped with cheddar and jack cheeses, diced tomatoes and scallions
    • Poached Salmon: topped with a cucumber dill relish
    • Seafood Newburg: a medley of succulent seafood in a sherry cream sauce
    • Crab Stuffed Filet of Sole: baked in a lemon wine butter sauce
    • Filet Mignon: pan-seared to perfection, with a BČarnaise sauce
    • Sirloin: a generous portion grilled to order, topped with a wild mushroom sauce
    • Veal Piccata: tender veal filets sauteed in a lemon wine sauce
